4- Product and Price Information

4.1 Product Information

PUREWATER, LDA takes into account the information regarding the essential characteristics of the equipment through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs that illustrate the products marketed, in strict compliance with the best market standards.

4.2 Price information

The retail prices indicated on www.drinkswater.pt and its subdomains are shown in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned.

Shipping costs are also included in the prices shown for mainland Portugal and the islands. PUREWATER, LDA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any computer, manual or technical error, or of any other origin, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by PUREWATER, LDA in the retail price, in such a way that it becomes an exorbitant value or a manifestly derisory value, the purchase order will be considered invalid and annulled and will not be processed. However, PUREWATER, LDA. undertakes to inform the buyer of this cancellation and to try to resolve/correct the error as soon as possible.

The prices of the equipment available at www.drinkswater.pt are only valid for purchases made on this website.

5- Warranty

The equipment sold by PUREWATER, LDA at www.drinkswater.pt is covered by the legal guarantee (3 years), in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, as amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of May 21.

Faulty equipment – You should go to a PUREWATER, LDA physical store and present the invoice and the complete item. If this is not possible, you can send a collection request to the following e-mail address: info@drinkswater.pt. This service costs the customer extra.

Returns due to transport damage – If the customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transportation of the equipment they have ordered, they must immediately report this to PUREWATER, LDA.

We suggest that upon receipt, and in the presence of the carrier, you check for any visible damage that may have been caused during transportation. If the packaging is damaged, you should not accept delivery and inform the carrier of the return.

PUREWATER, LDA informs you that once the delivery note has been signed, it will not be held responsible for any physical damage caused by transportation.

6- Returns and contract terminations

The customer has a period of 30 days from the day they take physical possession of the equipment. If you have ordered several pieces of equipment in a single order and they are eventually delivered separately, the 30 days start to run from the day you take physical possession of the last item.

In both cases there is no need to state the reason for this intention. However, for reasons of commercial courtesy and to improve the services provided, PUREWATER, LDA may ask the customer about the reasons for the return.

7- Liability

PUREWATER, LDA is not responsible for any damage resulting from any computer virus or any other situation to which it is unaware and which prevents access to and correct operation of the website www.drinkswater.pt, as well as the services provided on it.

8- Privacy and Data

PUREWATER, LDA respects the privacy of all users of its website www.drinkswater.pt and undertakes to protect the personal information that each user decides to share. Some sections or features of this website can be navigated without disclosing any personal information on the part of the user.
